Allow status test case set to OK

When a test case has many test steps it can be a lot of work to go through all of them. This is of course best but not always necessary. When this setting is checked, it is possible to set test cases to OK at once without running the individual test steps. This setting can be found in the 'Testrun' tab in customization:

With this setting on, a button is added behind each test case to the left of the "Perform Steps" button:

When this new button is clicked then all the steps of the test case with the status Not Performed get the status OK. This automatically gives the test case the status OK. The tester is asked to confirm this.

Exceptions
The function to set the test case to OK at once is disabled in some situations. This is the case if a test case has steps with status Not OK and/or if there are steps with open defects. When these steps have been given the status Ok (or Skipped) and there are no more open defects then the function becomes available again.
