Testersuite supports the registration and management of requirements and requirement based testing. In the Products & Requirements module users can easily record requirements, assign them to developers and monitor progress. For the development and testing of requirements the developer, priority and status are recorded. An example:
- A tester starts testing the "Must have" requirements developed by developer "Koen van Zanten."
- He opens the list of requirements and filters by the columns Priority (Must have), Developer (Koen van Zanten), and Status (Ready for testing).
- Within the displayed result, the tester can now click directly through to the details of the requirements, specify test cases, execute them, and defects .
Specifying test cases, scheduling and executing tests, and reporting on test progress and test coverage can be completely 'requirement based' within Testersuite .
