Testersuite has a standard interface with JIRA. This coupling can be set up separately for each Testersuite environment. The following image is a conceptual representation of the coupling with JIRA for one Testersuite environment:
defects created in Testersuite can easily be transferred to JIRA. Your external IT partner and/or your SCRUM team can then handle the Testersuite defects in JIRA. In doing so, the defects in Testersuite and the corresponding issues in JIRA will be kept in sync continuously. Any change in JIRA is immediately implemented in Testersuite and vice versa. Besides transferring defects to JIRA it is also possible to start requirements based on JIRA sprints and user stories Testersuite Test cycles . The requirements in Testersuite and the corresponding user stories in JIRA are kept in sync continuously. Any change in JIRA is immediately implemented in Testersuite and vice versa. The integration requires JIRA Server (version 7 or higher) or JIRA Cloud!
