Users

To access Testersuite , users are created. Each customer manages their own users in Testersuite and decides who gets access to Testersuite. Users with administrator rights can manage users in the Administrator portal.

There are three different user types:

  1. End users ('regular' users who can log into Testersuite)
  2. Dummy users ('users' to whom tasks can be assigned but who cannot log in)
  3. User integration (for the purpose of integration between Testersuite and other applications)

With a valid username and password, end users can log into Testersuite. Every user has a certain role in Testersuite. That role determines what rights a user has in Testersuite. More information about roles and rights can be found here.

Users can manage some of their own data and settings by clicking on the name of the user logged in at the top right of the screen. Here you can change the password, but also settings regarding automatic mailings and certain preferences.
