In Testersuite Premium it is possible to archive users. It is recommended to archive user accounts of employees who are no longer working within the organization. That way, the list of users remains clear. Archived users can still be consulted and, if desired, it is also possible to remove users from the archive again. Archiving users works as follows:
At the bottom of the list screen of users is an Archive button. Select the checkboxes for the users to move to the archive and then click the Archive button. After confirmation, the selected users are moved to the archive and disappear from the 'normal' list of users.
When you move activated users to the archive then these users are automatically made inactive.
At the top right of the screen is the action button Open archive. This button allows you to access the list of archived users.
If you want to remove users from the archive you can do so with the Get from Archive button at the bottom of the list of archived users. Select the checkboxes for the users you want to remove from the archive and click the Remove from Archive button. After confirmation, the selected users are removed from the archive. They disappear from the archive and are returned to the 'normal' list of users.
With the action button Close archive you can close the repository and return to the "normal" list of users.
Moving to and from the archive is recorded in the history of the respective users.
Users that are in the archive cannot be changed. If you want to make changes then you must first remove a user from the archive.
