Manage Subscription

This is where an administrator can view and manage the current subscription.

Subscription changes are possible for customers with a Testersuite Free or Professional subscription. Customers with a Testersuite Premium subscription can email support@testersuite.nl for up- or downscaling the number of licenses.

If you have a Free subscription and would like to increase the number of users and/or need additional functionality you can arrange it here. In the Upgrade tab it is possible to purchase a Professional subscription and it is possible to request prices and information about the Premium subscription.

Do you have a Professional subscription? Then you can do the following independently here:

  • Scaling up and down the number of users

  • Changing contact information (for the invoice)
  • Changing the invoice reference
  • Changing the payment method
  • Downloading invoices

To make this possible, Testersuite uses the self-service portal of our payment provider (Stripe).
