When you open a test case or test scenario, you will see an action button at the top right that allows you to export the data to Excel. The following data will be exported:
- Test case: all fields on the Details tab and all test steps from the Steps tab
- Test Scenario: all fields on the Details tab and all test cases from the Test Cases tab, including the test steps of the test cases.
The data is organized into two tabs in the Excel file.
It is also possible to export an entire list of test cases or a list of test scenarios to Excel. Open the list of test cases or the list of test scenarios by clicking on the relevant item in the main menu. Here too, the action button for exporting to Excel is located at the top right. When you export the list of test cases, you also have the option of exporting the steps of the test cases.
To export individual test cases and test scenarios, you need at least the Tester role (see also: Roles and permissions). If the action button is not visible, you do not have the necessary permissions.
